A former Division I athlete, Garrett began his undergraduate studies at Temple University and completed his degree at Fordham University, where he went on to earn a master’s in finance.
Competing at the collegiate level while building a rigorous academic foundation instilled the discipline and long-term thinking that define how he operates today. That same discipline shapes PTP Partners, the multifamily real estate investment firm he founded.
Garrett also writes The Basis, a biweekly newsletter that has grown to reach almost 12,000 views.
